Lutro smacks with a puckery lemon punch, mild brine, and clean, balanced acidity. This Gose-style ale was brewed on a base of Pilsner malt, wheat, and sea salt then lightly soured in the kettle before fermenting on a liberal dose of freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest. Lutro was then cold-conditioned for two weeks, yielding a tart, crisp and maximally crushable beer.
