This Honey Kölsch is crisp and refreshing with a subtle malty sweetness, finishing with a light honey aroma and flavor. The seasoned and novice craft beer drinker can both appreciate the easy drinking and subtle flavors of this Kolsch! We're excited to name this brew after a special town just 20 minutes north of us.

"La Sarta (Italian for ""Seamstress"") is our ode to precision, detail and artistry-- much like the skilled hands that once filled our historic sewing factory. This Italian-style Pilsner begins with a clean/crisp, classic pilsner malt base that lets the hops take center stage. Brewed with Saphir hops, it reveals a layered bouquet of lemongrass, bergamot and berries. The result is a softer and elegant beer, where spice, floral and fruity elements are stitched together in perfect balance."

Brewed with over a pound of local rhubarb per gallon and a whole lot of love, this sour is a tribute to the one who inspired it all — the owner's mom, Joyce. Bursting with tart rhubarb and balanced by the sweetness of ripe strawberries, it’s like a glass of her famous rhubarb crisp, only sippable. A little nostalgic, a little tangy, and a whole lot of “Thanks, Mom.”
