Uber thick and bursting at the seams, this Imperial Stout resonates with chocolate fudge and deep caramel flavors. With 800 pounds of grain utilized in a double mash technique, we squeezed out all we could! Add to that a five hour boil and a 20 month rest in a Cedar Ridge Rye Bourbon barrel and we are excited to present this thick, syrupy monster of a beer that is also smooth as silk. Worthy of a formal affair or casual gathering of friends. This beer is definitely black tie optional.

Ahoy fellow brewski lovers! A new treasure is at hand! Our voyage began in New Zealand with the selection of hops Green Bullet, Dr. Rudi, Pacific Jade, and Wai-iti. With our bounty secured and the special addition of all English malts, we made our way back to Cedar Ridge where we obtained a crucial piece in developing this decadent beauty: a Cedar Ridge Wheat Whiskey barrel! This brew layed low for 14 months in the barrel enhancing the already unique fruit characters imparted by our beloved New Zealand hops. To pay homage to the late Captain James Cook who defined the outline of New Zealand thus allowing us to create such a beaut, cheers me hearties!

A Gose (pronounced "Goes-uh") is a traditional German Wheat Ale. It is bright and fruity with a modest tartness and a slightly salty character, making an interesting base for our margarita flavor additions. The end result is a deliciously unique summer thirst quencher; light, crisp and tangy! We can hear the staff now saying, "There Gose 'nother Goes-A-Rita!"

Maibock means "May Beer" in German. Like Iowa, Germany has a short spring and this beer is the perfect transition from the dark beers (doppelbocks) of winter to the light and crisp beers of summer. As is the tradition, this amber lager was allowed to mature and soften. The result is a beautiful balance of malt, yeast and hops.
