Big Frank is a Pilsner at heart. The recipe is designed after the great Czech Pilsners brewed in Moravia, utilizing Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops. Big Frank is named after Kyle’s brother-in-law, František. Living in the Czech Republic, Frank is a connoisseur of fine Czech Pilsners.
