BIT Member Jim wanted to make a schwartzbier so that is what we did. A low hop, dark lager that is rich in flavor. Don't let the Dark Knight's black look scare you away, it is a very easy drinking beer. At 5%, 23 IBU this schwarzbier is tasty!

Happy Birthday Amanda, and Happy Anniversary to you both. An easy drinking ale with a great blueberry flavor. We add some fresh blueberries in it too!

Missed It By That Much

A light beer at 4% with a little darker color and malty, belgian flavor. It has a nice slight belgian funk to it and is very crushable.
