60 lbs of rhubarb for this 60 gallon batch of Flavored IPA because why not? The subtle flavor of Rhubarb brings forth noticeable tartness to this brew joined with subtle sweetness of vanilla and a light touch of cinnamon that make the hops zing. Chinook, Mosaic, Belma hops play a role for a familiar hop bitterness and berry/fruity character. Certainly makes for an interesting beverage!
