Honeycrisp, the people's apple. Rejected early on by big retailers and big apple growers alike, the apple grew through u-pick orchards because people just plain loved eating them. Juicy and crunchy at the same time - no apple had done that before. For this brew, we press fresh Honeycrisp apples to keep things refreshing and full of real apple flavor. Then we give it a bit of carbonated crunch to make it go down smooth.

Simply put this is Wilson's Orchard in a can. This cider uses our favorite apple, GoldRush, grown just hundreds of feet from where it is pressed. Fermented over the winter at low temps to maintain the tropical fruity esters of Gold Rush while still retaining the sharpness we know and love. Blended with fresh pressed juice to create a perfectly balanced sip. Fruity, tart, and strong - just the way our cider makers like it. 6.9% abv
