Brick Red Ale is an easy drinking beer with just enough complexity to make it interesting. It drinks like a lager, with the attitude of an ale. Nutty aroma gives way to mild sweet caramel flavor and subtle background hops. All this packed into a light body that finishes exceptionally smooth.

We rubbed some hops from Nebraska Hop Yards and one of the standouts was Cashmere. Intensity was readily apparent and everyone agreed the dank strawberry character was outstanding. We designed a mash bill that includes a relative of hops, hemp seeds, to showcase the aroma with malts and hops that would provide a tasty blend. In addition to strawberry notes the hops lend a bit of citrus. Hop hash is used to add more of the dank character.
