The first beer brewed all in house on our gorgeous copper Czech brewhouse. This beer started as a single-decoction (fancy, old-school technique for better lagers and malt depth) using Skagit Valley Malt. It was then hopped with Saaz, Loral and Liberty for a bit of new world/old world spin. It was conditioned for an extended period to arrive fresh and crisp.
