A collab with our friends at Navy Strength. This is a cocktail inspired IPA featuring Pilsner malt, toast rice, mango puree, pandan leaf, kalamansi juice and lime juice. Dry hopped with two new hop variaties YQH-1320 and Vista. Notes of green pear, melon, guava and white peach from the hops blend nicely into the bold fruit flavor.

We bitter this crowd-favorite IPA with warrior hops before heavily dry-hopping with Citra & Mosaic, bringing stone fruit aromatics to balance that grapefruit pith and lime bite. An underlying floral note brings a finish as smooth as the day is long.

Malts: German Extra Pale Pils, Maris Otter, Flaked Corn, Milpa Masa Yellow Nixtamal Corn Hops: Tettnang, Saaz Yeast: Baja Lager Sensory: Straw yellow unfiltered but mostly clear. The nose is bright grassy malt and peppery spice from the hops. Subtle floral and hay notes on the sip with a snappy hop bite on the finish. The body is light but leaves a pleasant nutty/roast flavor on the palette from the addition of Maris Otter malt. Brewed in collaboration with Milpa Masa
