Dissertation is a double dry hopped Double IPA with an intense amount of Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, and Simcoe. Vibrant gold with generous aromas of juicy passionfruit, ripe mango, earthy pine, and bright citrus. Although quite strong with an enormous hop character, it is smooth and drinkable with a clean finish and pleasant bitterness. 2017 Silver at WA Beer Awards.

Flavors of smooth guava, mango, fresh orange zest, and blueberry parfait. Best enjoyed under well-lit clouds, or at night, or both.
