This infuses Nelson's tropical white winey profile with Pineapple to create a punch of fruit and hops like we haven't previously explored. Citra, Nectaron, and Comet lend their hands to round out a complex and enjoyable beer.

After many years of talking about it we finally found time to brew with our great buds at Varietal. We also teamed up with LINC malt and HAAS to bring you a dope IPA. This is all WA grown ingredients and about as local as we could get. The combo of Comet and Citra lays a super grapefruit citrus base, and then we used a brand new product called Euphorics from HAAS to boost the citrus. Euphorics is a hop derived flavor and aroma booster we are excited to test out.
