"La Sarta (Italian for ""Seamstress"") is our ode to precision, detail and artistry-- much like the skilled hands that once filled our historic sewing factory. This Italian-style Pilsner begins with a clean/crisp, classic pilsner malt base that lets the hops take center stage. Brewed with Saphir hops, it reveals a layered bouquet of lemongrass, bergamot and berries. The result is a softer and elegant beer, where spice, floral and fruity elements are stitched together in perfect balance."

The stunning amber color and clean, crisp flavor profile have us looking forward to a pint with some of our very good friends to the north! Fun fact: from 1891-1907, New Vienna housed its very own brewery, "New Vienna Brewing Company," inspiring this artwork. From a 1906 ad: "New Vienna Brewing Co., Malsters, Brewsters, Bottlers of Fine Lager Beer, Made from Iowa Barley Malt and Finest Domestic and Imported Hops."

Brewed from the 2024 Wort Rally-winning recipe, this barrel-aged Wee Heavy is as bold as it is patient, crafted with an extraordinary 11-hour boil. Aged in Cedar Ridge (Swisher, IA) Single Malt Whiskey barrels, it pours deep and rich with bourbon and caramel warmth, dried fruit aromas and notes of muddled cherries. Each sip unfolds layers of toffee, burnt sugar and oak, balancing seamlessly between the sweetness of the malt and the character of the barrel. A truly complex and memorable tribute.
