Cold IPAs are definitely trending in the world of craft beer! Our "Cold Hand IPA" is fermented at a colder temperature for an assertive punch of hop intensity and smooth bitterness. Featuring generous late additions of Galaxy, Mosaic, Mackinac, and El Dorado hops this beer has strong notes of melon, pineapple, and grapefruit and finishes with a crisp bite. This cold brewed IPA is a bit more bitter than a Hazy IPA, but dryer and cleaner than a West Coast IPA, it is truly a unique flavor experience!
