We aged this blend of Barrel Aged Stouts for 22 months in Widow Jane 15 year bourbon barrels and Templeton Rye 10 year whiskey barrels. Then we added freshly roasted hazelnuts, Ghana cacao nibs, and a custom blend of Brazilian and Mexican coffee roasted by Pammel Park.

We brewed a Hazy IPA base and packed it full of cryo hops during fermentation, then followed up with a hefty dry hop of Nelson, Bru-1, Krush and Talus to craft a beer that is heavy on the aromas of peach and passionfruit, and velvety smooth on the palate. Notes of stone fruit, pineapple and a slight, clean bitterness.
