We used ample amounts of rich Maris Otter malts, and hopped it heavily with a classic hop combination of Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade. This amber beauty is made for enjoying fresh or placing in a cellar to age and continue its flavor maturation.

But, we fancy ourselves as being a rag-tag gang of unpretentious, Middle American trailblazers. So we decided to blend the styles together to create what WE believe to be an IPA EVENT HORIZON! NoCoast Midwest IPA is an IPA for EVERYONE! Tropical and juicy. Dry and clear. But NOT too bitter. With notes of tropical fruit, fresh cut citrus, peach, apricot and some stone fruit, our Midwest IPA is held together by a malty backbone.
