This pilsner is our KY Proud Beer. It was made with Kentucky grown barley malted by South Fork Malthouse in Cynthiana, KY. We wanted to highlight the malt profile with this beer and thought a pilsner was the perfect way to do it. This beer is bready with notes of cracker and a nice hop snap.
